I’m not sure I understand your question. If you’re asking whether I discriminate on the size of a boy’s penis in *selecting* a House Boy, the answer is ‘No’. I’ve had boys with small penises and large penises, though there are more with small to average size penises that apply than those with average to large penises. The House Boy with the smallest penis was tiny enough that I once made him wear only a tiny Dixie cup and string just to see if his freshly shaved ‘cocktail wiener and olives’ would actually fit inside (they did, perfectly). And the House Boy with the longest penis was large enough that his circumcised member could become a distraction when walking around town, sliding and flopping around in his pants or shorts so much that random people would actually start pointless conversations just to look at the thing hanging down and bulging his trousers.

Now, if you’re asking if there are any *rules* about the size of a House Boy’s penis, then the answer is ‘Yes’. Each boy must have his penis measured, like many other body parts, at his pre-collaring inspection to verify that the data he submitted in the Penis Classification Worksheet is correct (See below, Rule 82-A). Penis measurements are also taken Weekly as part of every House Boy’s Weekly Inspection. Data about the boy’s full body measurements is recorded on a ‘Body Measurement Inspection Chart’ (See below, Rule #87) and is available to any visitor who wishes to see since the House Boy has no right to privacy. This also means that anyone who happens to be present has the right to observe when any inspection of the boy takes place. (Regular inspection days and times are posted in advance so that visitors who do not wish to observe may plan visits at different times). Finally, Master also uses a generic form called a ‘Strip Search Inspection Sheet’ (See below, Rule #363) to document all full-body visual and functional searches of the boy. While these searches do not always involve taking measurements of the penis when they do the measurement data will be written into the form next to the ‘tick box’ labeled 'penis’.

There are a handful of other rules and interpretations that directly or indirectly refer to the size of a House Boy’s penis, too. The Exercise and Fitness Rule about Push-Ups (See below, Rule #139) implies that boys with larger penises may have an easier time doing this exercise than boys with smaller penises, but that Master will not respond to complaints about this difference. And a rule interpretation about the suitability of shorts cautions longer boys that they are more likely to have an accidental 'pop out’ than boys with smaller penises (See below, Interpretation #16). Another example is the Jogging and Running rule, which requires House Boys to exercise naked wherever nudity is allowed but allows Master to assign a jockstrap to be worn by boys who 'are evaluated to need one for safety’ (See below, Rule #144). This rule came about because of the well-hung House Boy who couldn’t go running because his penis would slap around in a crazy circular pattern and occasionally sidestroke one of his testicles causing him pain (and causing laughter by onlookers).

In conclusion, Master tries to not discriminate on the size of a boy’s penis without good reason, either in selecting a House Boy or in the enforcement of the rules after collaring. Each boy must learn to accept his penis for the size that it is and live with the consequences of it. This includes advantages and disadvantages in exercise, differences in the way people view or comment about his body parts, and the fact that he has no right to privacy about the size of his penis, even when he is clothed and traveling with Master or is away from home when visitors arrive. As an example, hidden inside the Appropriate Terminology Rule is the requirement that any time another person asks about the size of the boy’s penis, he is required to correctly answer the question unless Master does so first (See below, Rule #123).
