It is a punishable violation for the Naked House Boy to cover or conceal his penis or scrotum or anus without permission. He has no right to privacy of his body at any time, except when clothing has been issued outside the home or the Master has given specific permission for the boy to cover himself.

In the example photo, the House Boy has traveled with the Master to a friend’s condo and was told to strip on arrival, since the friend’s condominium complex is ‘Clothing Optional’. Later, the boy asks for directions to the bathroom and due to a miscommunication, the boy accidentally walks out a side door into the enclosed courtyard in front of neighbors. Instinctively, the boy reaches to cover his penis and testicles, causing the neighbors to giggle in surprise.

It does not matter who was at fault for the communication mixup because the boy is still responsible for not watching where he was going and for intentionally covering his genitals. Punishment swats are subject to multiplication by the number of persons present at the time of the violation.
