The Master’s House Boy is required to serve naked at home, regardless of what tasks he is doing and who may be visiting (or drop-in) at any time. As the house boy, he has no right to privacy and is required to keep his body parts visible at all times. Concealment or covering of his face is also prohibited, except when permitted by these rules or common sense safety considerations, like using a welding mask while welding, for example.

The boy is permitted clothing or covering of the Master’s choice when traveling with the Master away from home to places where clothing is required, which is.. well.. everywhere, just about. (Public nudity is against the law in the Master’s city and most places). Still, there are a handful of places and events where nudity is legal or traditional, including nude beaches and resorts, private residences of the Master’s friends, and a few events like the World Naked Bike Ride and Bare to Breakers. Any time or place where nudity is allowed, the boy may be forced to strip without notice.

Any time a House Boy is naked or exposed he is also required to have his facial features substantially visible. The covering of the face with hands or any object is a violation equal to covering the penis and scrotum and will be punished accordingly, except when the use of a mask is permitted or ordered by the Master, such as Halloween.

In the example photo, the Master has taken the House Boy to a clothing-optional beach. The option to wear clothes lies with the Master of course, and the Master has opted to order the boy to play naked and visible to the handful of other beachgoers, who are all wearing suits. It does not matter that the boy may be the only one naked since the beach is traditionally clothing optional. It does matter that the boy has chosen to cover his face with his hands as a group of chatty college students arrive and start making comments about the boy’s.. uh.. shrinkage. The house boy is subject to the same punishment as if he placed his hands over his penis and testicles. The Master may choose to issue any required spankings on the spot, or defer it to later. The boy has no say on when discipline will be enforced.
