Definitions – Ejaculations, Extractions, and Emissions
New for 2017 is ‘Subsection D Rules’ which provide reference definitions and explanations for multi-part and complicated protocols and rules which often bring questions from house guests and followers of the online Visitor’s Guide.
Rule #350, which deals with Mandatory Ejaculations, Semen Extractions, and Nocturnal Emissions is multi-part and does generate questions, partly because of confusion with the terminology and partly because of the application and intended function of these procedures is often misunderstood.
This new subsection – Rule #350-D – provides reference definitions for each of these procedures and basic information differentiating them from each other, as well as the Master’s Philosophy and implementation guidelines. Detailed protocol for each procedure is covered in Subsections A-C (See links below) and describes how each procedure is scheduled and administered. A general overview of Prostate Maintenance is covered under a separate rule (See below, Rule #357)
Following are the Official Definitions and Explanations for each procedure covered under Rule #350:
Mandatory Ejaculation (See below, Rule #350-A) is the requirement that a House Boy take action which will cause seminal fluid that was created in his testicles and stored in his prostate to be ejaculated through his penis and out of his body via a series of muscle spasms called the Ejaculatory Process. This is a maintenance activity much like showering and grooming and its purpose is not in any way intended for punishment nor for anyone’s sexual pleasure. Removal of the seminal fluid through this process is intended to provide stabilization which will assist the House Boy in staying on task with his duties and chores, preventing impulsive behavior, lowering the risk of acting out impulsively, and reducing the likelihood of erections or discharge when inappropriate. The House Boy’s opinion of the procedure is not relevant and is not taken into consideration when assigning or scheduling this procedure.
Each House Boy has individual characteristics and traits which may make this procedure either more appropriate or inappropriate for control of the issues mentioned above, so some boys may be assigned his task often while others are rarely or never assigned this duty. An example of a boy who would rarely be assigned this task is a boy who serves in chastity, because he has been found to be more attentive and better behaved when ejaculation has not taken place, and an ejaculatory event would actually lower his enthusiasm for service and distract him from his duties. An example of a boy who might be frequently assigned to this city is a free-hanging boy who has issues with spontaneous erections or who has difficulties keeping on task or acts out impulsively when too long passes between ejaculatory maintenance.
Semen Extraction (See below, Rule 350-B) is a procedure administered on the House Boy to remove seminal fluid from his penis. The primary difference between an Ejaculation and an Extraction is that an Ejaculation removes the seminal fluid through the muscle spasms of the Ejaculatory Process and may be self-administered, while a Semen Extraction may remove the seminal fluid through any means and is not self-administered, though the boy may be required to assist or otherwise cooperate with the process. This is a maintenance activity much like showering and grooming and its purpose is not in any way intended for punishment nor for anyone’s sexual pleasure. Its application and intended function are to make a better House Boy through stabilization to help him concentrate on and better carry out his various duties and chores. The House Boy’s opinion of the procedure is not relevant and is not considered when assigning or scheduling this procedure. An example of a boy who might be assigned a Semen Extraction is one who is voicing opposition or is resisting a Mandatory Ejaculation Command, or a boy who is restrained for disciplinary reasons and grows an inappropriate erection.
Nocturnal Emission (See below, Rule #350-C) is a natural function in the mature human male that releases seminal fluid from the penis during sleep or rest periods, and may or may not be accompanied by dream state brain activity. While the Nocturnal Emission itself does not violate any rule – because such a rule would be unenforceable – the boy is prohibited from consciously stimulating himself and is responsible for any cleanup after the event had concluded. Since the boy is not consciously aware of Nocturnal Emissions, his opinion of the event is not relevant at the time, though he may be asked to discuss his recollections afterward. The term ‘Nocturnal Emission’ is a misnomer, since this type of emission can occur at any time of day or night.
This ‘Subsection D Rule’ is subject to revision and modification as needed for clarity and explanation. Any conflicts between this section and the protocols for the individual procedures will be resolved in favor of the protocols for each specific procedure.
