House rules generally prohibit the House Boy from touching his penis without permission. House rules also require Master and the boy to consider health and safety when obeying rules and commands (See ‘Paramount Rule’).

It shall not be a violation for the boy’s penis or scrotum to be gently held or moved to allow for safe shaving of the public area. This rule applies whether the boy is shaving himself or is being shaved by someone else.
