Any collared House Boy who is required to submit to measurement of any body part using a physical tape measure or measuring stick (including his Weekly Penis Measurement by Rule #88-A), shall be allowed the option to request and submit to electronic instead of physical measurement, whenever an electronic measuring device is available and operates with reasonable accuracy.
