Any House Boy who has been sentenced to or is in the process of being administered Multi-Level or Multi-Implement Discipline may be required to submit to Disciplinary Staging, a process where the punishee is posed or placed in position for discipline while the necessary implements are gathered and placed in convenient proximity for use, and the punishee shall remain or be restrained in Disciplinary Staging for such time as necessary for those administering punishment to arrive and declare themselves ready to commence or continue discipline, regardless of who else happens to be present and could observe.
