Below you will find a comprehensive list of bondage activities and toys, ranging from the common to the bizarre. Take a moment to review each of the bondage elements listed below, selecting those that appeal to you, and rate them according to the dropdown options. If you feel neutral about an aspect of bondage, simply leave all three dropdown fields blank. You need only select the dropdowns on the elements you feel strongly for or against.

  1. Light Bondage: Light binding or restriction of the body; usually more symbolic than restrictive.
  2. Heavy Bondage: Heavy binding or restriction of the body, usually to the point where little to no movement is possible.
  3. Boxing & Closeting: The act of being placed and/or kept in a box, closet, or similar confined space.
  4. Breast Bondage: Binding or restriction of the breasts.
  5. Caging: Being placed in a cage, utilitarian or ornate.
  6. Crucifixion: Binding or attaching someone to a cross-like structure or crucifix.
  7. Genital Bondage: binding or restriction of the genitals.
  8. Intricate Rope Bondage or Shibari: Creating intricate and beautiful patterns through the use of rope bound into artistic patterns. Knots and positioning are also used to stimulate acupressure points.

  9. Mental Bondage: Activities and experiences designed to train the mind to constantly think of the object of interest, becoming mentally bound to it. It can involve hypnosis.
  10. Mummification: Wrapping someone completely, often from head to toe, in plastic wrap, PVC, or other materials.
  11. Outdoor Bondage: Being restrained outdoors, in extremes, for example, being tied spreadeagled and naked between two trees. This may be in view of scene-friendly persons or the public.
  12. Private Bondage: Bondage activities that take place within a private and secure environment, without other witnesses, not in view of the public, and negotiable for scene-friendly persons.
  13. Public Bondage: Bondage activities that take place in public environments, such as parties or outdoors, environments where witnesses are present. Maybe limited to scene-friendly persons. Maybe in view of the general public.
  14. Restraints Under Clothing: Restraints such as rope ties worn under clothing as part of normal day-to-day wear.
  15. Restraint for Extended Durations: Restraint that takes place for longer periods of time - overnight or for multiple days in cases.
  16. Suspension: Binding and restriction of a person's body with ropes in a way that leaves them partially or completely suspended above the ground.

  17. Blindfolds: A Sensory Deprivation experience in which a covering is placed over the eyes to eliminate the sense of sight, allowing the other senses to be heightened. Sensory deprivation element
  18. Body Bags: Restriction of the entire body by means of placing the person in a completely closed body bag.
  19. Duct Tape: Binding or restricting parts of the body using duct tape as a medium.
  20. Full Head Hoods: Hoods that cover the entire head and sometimes face, many are limited to only one small hole for breathing purposes only. Sensory deprivation element.
  21. Gags: Implements used to block or hold the mouth open in various positions. Gags can be in the form of balls, bits, cloth, inflatables, phallic, rings, or tape.
  22. Harnesses: A body harness made of leather and steel or rope, which is used to give bondage points of restraint without covering the body.
  23. Headphones & Earplugs: The use of headphones or earplugs to isolate the sense of sound, increase the anticipation and surprise, and heighten the other senses. Sensory deprivation element.
  24. Manacles: Bondage equipment crafted from metals, similar to prisoner shackles.
  25. Masks: Sensory deprivation element. Identity protection element.

  26. Ankle Restraints: Devices that bind or restrict movement in the ankles.
  27. Armbinder Restraints: Devices that restrict the movement of the arms, often confining them to be bound behind the back.
  28. Wrist & Hand Cuffs: Bondage device made from leather, metal or rope, used to secure and restrain the wrists of another person.
  29. Collars: Bondage devices placed around the neck of the person, often attached to a leash. Status display element.
  30. Sleep Sacks & Vacbeds: Bondage devices that encase and restrict the entire body, some offering the ability to create a vacuum and suck the excess air out of them.
  31. Slings & Swings: Restricting and controlling the movement and freedom of another person by placing them in a suspended sling or swing. Sex and punishment element.
  32. Spreader Bars: A bondage device used to spread the legs open by use of ankle restraints and a metal bar.
  33. Stocks: Restricting bodily movement by placing the neck, wrists and sometimes ankles into a wooden stocks device, reminiscent of olden-day prisoners.
  34. Strait Jackets: Binding the torso and arms by placing them in a medical strait jacket.
