To any random house guest simply because they request to see the hidden body part?

Not necessarily. Let me explain why.

The House Boy’s primary responsibility – besides complying with the nudity rules – is to complete his various duties and chores in an orderly and efficient manner. Many of these duties and chores are *scheduled* (they should be done at assigned times) and the schedule couldn’t possibly be kept if the boy was constantly responding to visitors' requests to display various body parts for constant inspections.

Inspection is the Master’s duty, and guests provide extra pairs of eyes with which to seek out the *need* for inspection – not necessarily to conduct the inspection themselves. Imagine for a moment a house full of guests where one visitor requests to see between the boy’s cheeks while – at the same time – another guest demands to see the soles of the boy’s feet, while – at the same time – still another guest decides to inspect the boy’s underarms? Even if the House Boy wasn’t scheduled to be doing a duty or chore (like serving refreshments or cleaning), the boy would probably fall on his buttocks trying to comply with a blizzard of requests to show hidden body parts. And *that* would necessitate a Buttocks or a Full Body Inspection (the boy fell on his behind, remember?) so any chance of him completing chores or even enjoying some free time would be lost.

Instead, the Master uses the eyes of others to seek out the *need* for inspection and report any issues they observe to the Master, who will decide how best to handle them. Sometimes the boy will indeed be ordered to submit to inspection (and the reporting party may be asked to observe or participate in the inspection). Other times the Master may defer inspection because the violation sounds unlikely or minor in nature and the need for the boy to carry out a duty or chore exceeds the necessity for inspection. And other times either a scheduled inspection isn’t that far off (timewise) or the motive or credibility of the reporting party is questionable, and the Master decides to let the issue slide until a second similar request is made, perhaps with a better explained reason that the one originally presented by the first to report.

The fact that the Master may not immediately order the boy to display a body part does not mean that the boy has earned any kind of privacy right whatsoever. He has no right to hide the skin between his cheeks or the soles of his feet nor his underarms should *Master* order that they be displayed. The reason for these requests going through the Master is simply for efficiency and consistency since the Master can filter the requests and combine like requests and scheduled inspections with those that are ‘for cause’.

Finally, it’s important to point out that the right to view the House Boy’s *visible* body parts is absolute, and a determined or creative guest will usually find a way to view what he or she needs to see without asking for the Master’s permission. In the example above, the guest who wants to see between the boy’s cheeks can view this area of skin when the boy bends over to pick up something off the floor (even if the guest has to ‘accidentally’ drop it himself). The visitor who wants to see the boy’s feet need only to wait until nap time or evening bedtime, and the guest who wants to see his underarms can always ask for assistance in reaching for something on a high shelf. For this reason, the Master tends to deny requests that appear to be voyeuristic in nature, and approve requests that are made because the boy may be in violation of some rule, like uncleanliness or what appears to be a rash or insect bite. The House Boy has no right to prevent others from following him around and supervising his activities, and invited guests have the *absolute* right to view the boy’s skin – all of it – from across the room or as close as an inch away, from any angle in any available lighting at any time, and to report any issues they observe to the Master for follow up or discipline.
