House Boys will be provided celebratory costuming and props on their birthday and may be required to submit to decoration or costuming on their birthday or the birthday of others. Decorations and costumes, including props or other accessories like jewelry or bodypaint, will be safe and legal but may require the boy to remain partially or fully naked, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

Each House Boy has an obligation to submit to the traditional bare bottom ‘Birthday Spanking’ on his own birthday, regardless of who may be present and could observe. The House Boy may be assigned as a substitute to receive the Birthday Spanking of any other person who is present, whether the boy is home or away. When traveling, the boy may request proof of birthday and is entitled to request minimum clothing or covering to comply with dress codes that prohibit nudity.

In the example photo, the House Boy is furnished with balloons and other props for Birthday Greetings, before submitting to the traditional non-disciplinary Birthday Spanking, which consists of one bare hand (Level One) swat for each year of age. When substituting to receive a Birthday Spanking for someone else, the person whose birthday it is shall have the right to administer the spanking to the boy on request.

House Boys are subject to the usual inspection and cleanup protocols for birthday costuming, regardless of who may be present and could observe. The Master appreciates offers by others to assist with costuming and cleanup of the House Boy, and these offers will be accepted unless there is a good reason not to. Birthdays that fall on weekdays may be celebrated on the previous or following weekend in addition to the day itself. Birthday activities will not be held or enforced on February 29th, due to the ‘Leap Day Loophole’.
