The Nipples Command and it’s four sub-commands (Harder, Softer, Hold, and Release) may be used to determine the House Boy’s Penile Status Expectation, which is the likelihood of a House Boy growing an erection or leaking fluids prior to a vanilla event or the arrival of first time or vanilla guests who are tolerant of simple nudity but would likely be offended by the sight of a leaky or engorged penis.

The House Boy serves naked at home and is required to follow established protocols for a number of common commands. Most of these commands are obvious to the casual observer, including the Kneel Command (See Index, Rule #263) to drop to his knees and the Sit Command (See Index, Rule #300) instructing a House Boy to be seated. The Nipples Command is different from other commands in that the reasoning for issuing the instruction is less obvious, though the House Boy’s expected response.   

The Nipples Command serves as a quick method of evaluating the boy’s Penile Status Expectation or 'PSE’ (pronounced pissy for short). Master then observes the House Boy’s penis while nipple pressure is applied to determine how likely it is that the House Boy will spring a leak or grow an erection in the coming hour, and this is used to make decisions on whether a House Boy’s Penile Status Expectation is suitable for the planned activities, like socializing with visiting vanilla guests that may be offended by an unexpected erection). Master uses his knowledge of the House Boy’s individual 'wiring’ and looks for subtle but observable penile movements to make this determination.   

Protocol for the Nipples Command requires the House Boy to pinch both nipples using medium pressure simultaneously with his thumb and forefinger, and continue pinching at the same pressure unless instructed to pinch Harder (to increase pressure), Softer (to ease pressure), Hold (to maintain current pressure), or Release (to discontinue pinching and return to the Report Position). Failure to properly obey and control self-pressure may result in Intervention with the Master pinching the House Boy directly or asking for a volunteer to pinch, should one be available. On rare occasions, the Nipples Command may be used as a demonstration command to mentor other Masters or to quickly facilitate Spot Cleaning (See below, Rule #57) when the growth of an erection would not be offensive. Although it has never happened to date, a Nipples Command could conceivably be used as Reciprocal Discipline for misbehavior by a House Boy who touches another person’s nipple or chest area without permission.   

A Nipples Command can also be initiated using manual ‘clothespin’ clips to determine Penile Status Expectation, or the Master may skip this step entirely and administer other interventions to prevent household calamity, including cold showers or disciplinary spankings, room isolation, or even installation of the Flaccidator (See below, Rule #96) erection prevention device. When the boy is off-property and dressed, this command is to be carried out without removing clothing (except for a coat or sweater), since the boy is generally not permitted to wear underwear, and his Penile Status can still be easily determined. In the example photo, a boy is working in the Master’s private backyard when he is given the Nipples Command. The Master has seen a car pull into the driveway and knows that the visitor is 'French Vanilla’, which is the Master’s term for guests who are laid back enough to accept a Naked House Boy but not accepting of any hint of kink or sexuality, including the sight of an accidental erection. The Master will observe the boy’s penile response for signs of engorgement (See Index, Rule #107) before deciding whether to let the boy answer the front door.
