The Master’s House Boy is required to serve naked at home but is loaned clothing or covering for places where nudity is not legal or traditional. The boy has no right to privacy whatsoever, though he may refuse any rule or command that would be illegal or unsafe. Established protocols specify when the House Boy is to get dressed or undressed, and in what order he is to put on or remove clothing. The rules also specify when assistance may be provided by others or when clothing or costumes can be assigned to the boy for special occasions, objectification, and household work.

Nothing in these rules – including the protocols stated above – restricts the Master’s right to undress the House Boy in whatever method and manner that the Master chooses, so long as the boy is depantsed and declothed safely and without harm. This includes removal of clothing by force or destruction, even when replacement clothing is not immediately available. Since all clothing is on loan to the House Boy, it follows that the boy has no say in what happens to clothing that he does not own, and the Master has the right to cut, burn, rip, hole, or otherwise damage or destroy clothing that the Master owns and has loaned to the boy. The Master may also give authority to someone else to safely repossess or dispose of clothing. A boy may even be stripped in public, as long as he does not break dress codes or anti-nudity laws. The fact that the Master rarely exercises this authority is not because the Master can not do so – it is because the Master does not wish to attract negative attention to a well-behaved boy.

In the example photo, the House Boy has returned from a day swimming at a beach where nudity isn’t allowed, where the Master ordered the boy to put on white underwear – and only white underwear – at the beach changing room (See below, White Underwear at Public Beach, Rule #54). The boy was then told to continue to wear the skivvies for the ride back home since the Master was not making any stops along the way. Once home, the Master decides to cut the skivvies off of the boy as a reminder that the Master owns any and all clothing and can do with them as the Master pleases. While the destruction of clothing is rare, the Master has occasionally found it necessary to forcibly strip the boy for discipline or use creative methods (like an unseen light spray of bleach to cause the boy’s clothing to tatter and decay) as a reminder to the boy to always pay attention to detail.
