Whenever the House Boy is traveling upon or with any bicycle he shall travel with a suitable locking device to secure the bicycle, and whenever the House Boy leaves a bicycle unattended and out of his direct view he shall secure the bicycle using the locking device or shall arrange for a trusted person in direct view to watch the bicycle until such time as the House Boy or another trusted individual may return to watch the bicycle or transport it to another destination.
