When a House Boy is temporarily or permanently disabled, his duties and chores will be modified for safety and to be within medical recommendations, though he will still not be entitled to physical privacy at any time. All of his activities and medical procedures at home – including physical therapy, enemas, showering and grooming, and application of topical medications will take place as scheduled regardless of who may be present and could observe unless accommodations are needed for the disability.

A disabled House Boy who is taken to a public place will be subject to the same rules as any other House Boy – except for accommodations for the disability – and will be required to be naked only when it is legal or traditional to do so. A medical device that conceals the view of the penis or testicles is not considered punishable. This rule may be modified to grant additional accommodations for disabilities at any time.
