The command “Arms Up” or “Arms Raised” may be given at any time. This command calls for the boy to immediately raise his arms and hands, remaining parallel to his shoulders. The fingers must remain together and his hands should never form a fist. This command may also be given using the single word “touchdown”. This command usually follows the Report Position and may precede a physical full physical inspection or body part inspection (often of the underarms or shaved body hair). Silence and a neutral expression are appropriate for this position. Eye contact should be either to the Master or looking down in the direction of his penis. Violation of protocol is a Level One offense, except that refusal to comply or the raising of a sole middle finger on either hand is a Level Three Insubordination.
