This photo shows one example of a Level Two spanking. Spanking at this level is unrestrained but requires the use of an implement, such as a brush. The boy is always naked for this discipline, though footwear need not be removed at the Master’s discretion. A punishment that is not deferred will take place, regardless of who may be present and could observe, since the boy has no right to physical privacy at any time.

Responsible and obedient House Boys should never receive punishment at this level. House Boys who lack self-control or suffer from inner brattiness will become familiar with this type of discipline. The boy's actions determine whether this punishment is merely a page in the rule book for guests to laugh about or a reality for them to observe. Guests will not be permitted to administer punishment at this level without reading safety guidelines or observing an actual Level Two punishment first.
