Exercise & Fitness – Jump Rope
The House Boy will maintain a daily exercise regimen which will be posted and updated as needed. One of the required exercises for some boys is the use of the Jump Rope, which will be stored by the boy in his room or assigned fitness area. This exercise is performed without clothing, though footwear is optional. Jump Rope exercise is a scheduled activity that will take place at the assigned time, regardless of who may be present and could observe. Counting is on the honor system unless the Master or a volunteer chooses to observe and count. Only full and complete cycles without interference will count toward the total. A record of jumps completed (whether it meets goals or not) shall be maintained by the boy in his daily journal.
