The Master has the right to consider and administer or assign Reciprocal Discipline, like a tickling punishment in response to a tickling violation, as a substitute for or in addition to any punishment specified in these rules, and shall determine the level, strength, duration and circumstances of such discipline before officially announcing and allowing the selected punishment to proceed.
