Prior to collaring, every House Boy will be evaluated and classified by penis type. A Penile Classification Worksheet (not shown here – See Rule #82A) will be completed to record the dimensions and attributes of the boy’s penis. The worksheet documents several physical factors and variants of the penis, including foreskin length and overhang for boys who are uncircumcised.

House Boys who have a circumcised Penis (Type G1 on the worksheet)are subject to additional evaluation of their circumcision. The Supplemental Worksheet shown above will be completed by selecting a suffix letter from A to E to match the style and tightness of the circumcised penis. The completed form will be kept with the boy’s other documents for visitors and guests to review at their leisure. As with any duty, the House Boy has no right to privacy, and this includes data about his body parts, including the penis.

The Penile Classification Worksheets are a required part of the Pre-Collaring Inspection & Interview though applicants may be asked to complete them in advance to save time. When this occurs, the Master will inspect the penis and check off each response during the Pre-Collaring Inspection to verify the honesty of the applicant.

Houseguests who suspect that an incorrect classification has been recorded – or who believe a classification is no longer correct – may request verification of information in the boy’s worksheets. The Master will either verify the data in question and/or order that another worksheet be completed at a future inspection.

Except for Pre-Collaring Inspections, the evaluation and completion of Penile Classifications is a scheduled activity and will take place as assigned, regardless of who may be present and could observe. This is simply a physical evaluation that needs to take place, and an appropriate explanation will be made to anyone who happens to be present and observing at the time when evaluation and classification take place.
