When the House Boy is traveling with the Master and the boy is using a public urinal, he is required to do so with pants down and buttocks visible or he is to use the ‘seated’ stall, subject to the rules for stall usage. The boy may use his hands to lower his clothing or hold on to the toilet for balance but is not allowed to touch his genitals with his fingers or hands. Underclothing that substantially covers his buttocks – like shorts or trunks – must be lowered along with any outer clothing. Trough urinals designed for use by more than one person are covered under a different rule (See below, Rule #78).
