All rules violations by the Naked House Boy are punished at Level One unless otherwise specified in the rules. Level One Punishment calls for a bare hand spanking on the bare bottom. Discipline usually takes place immediately, regardless of who may be present and could observe. The are several positions that may be used for Level One punishments, and the most common is face down ‘Over The Knee’. The face-down position is most commonly used when vanilla guests are present or for the most minor of violations.

The ‘Backwards Over The Knee’ position shown above is usually chosen by the Master when the boy commits a more serious violation or repeats his misconduct, especially when kinkier guests are present who would be more understanding of the need for the Master to administer humiliating discipline. When this position has been chosen, the boy must lay with his back over the Master’s knees and his head away from visitors, so that the area to be spanked is clearly visible. The House Boy has no right to privacy, and this includes any discipline.

The house boy must call out the number of each swat or the swat will not count. A swat on either side of the buttocks will count as one swat. For safety reasons, the boy needs to be secured so that he will not fall or rollover. Common ways to secure the boy include the placement of a stool or chair, or of Master grasping the slave behind the back, by the leg, or by the penis (as shown). The Master appreciates offers by guests to assist with swat count and securement.
