The House Boy will promptly report all service outages to the Master. This includes internet and wifi access, and all utilities. Failure to report outages can mean alarm systems go offline, appliances are damaged, or food spoils. Failure to promptly report outages may be punished with as little as a warning or as serious as a Level Three Insubordination, depending on the potential and/or actual consequences of the delay.

If the Master is unavailable, the boy will follow the emergency plan posted at home, which may call for contact with the utility service or somebody else.
