Prior to collaring, every House Boy will be evaluated and classified by penis type. The worksheet shown will be completed to record the dimensions and attributes of the boy’s penis, and the completed worksheet will be kept for viewing in the boy’s journal or posted inside the boy’s bedroom where it can be seen by those who enter. The House Boy has no right to privacy, and this includes data about his erect penis that can’t be immediately observed when the penis is flaccid and vice versa.

The Penile Classification Worksheet is a required part of the Pre-Collaring Inspection & Interview, though applicants may be asked to complete it in advance to save time. When this occurs, the Master will check off each item during the Pre-Collaring Inspection to verify the honesty of the applicant. Some classifications may include ‘half steps’ or ‘greater than’ or ‘less than’ signs for accuracy.

Circumcised boys who respond to Section G with answer #1 are now required to complete a supplemental Penile Classification Worksheet to identify the specific type of circumcision outcome that they received. Information on the supplemental form and procedure is contained in Rule #82-B at the link below.

Houseguests who suspect that an incorrect classification has been recorded – or who believe a sub-classification is no longer correct – may request verification of information in the boy’s worksheet. The Master will either verify the data in question and/or order that another worksheet be completed at a future inspection.

Except for Pre-Collaring Inspections, the evaluation and completion of Penile Classifications is a scheduled activity and will take place as assigned, regardless of who may be present and could observe. This is considered a physical evaluation and not overt sexual contact, and an appropriate explanation will be made to anyone who happens to be present when evaluation and classification are necessary.
