The Naked House Boy shall not attempt by any action beyond mere facial expression to discourage, dissuade, delay, obstruct or otherwise interfere with the right of others to Freedom Of Speech to discuss among themselves their thoughts, observations, recollections, and speculations about the House Boy’s predicament and circumstances, his uniform and body parts nor his duties and activities, regardless of whatever temporary embarrassment the House Boy may perceive during or after the protected conversations.
