A Houseboy who participates in a sponsored, volunteer or sanctioned team or individual event away from home (like the World Naked Bike Ride or Bare To Breakers run) shall properly wear, display or carry any required Event Certification And Registration at all times, but shall never wear or display it for the purpose of covering or concealing his midsection without permission and compliance with dress codes, safety, event rules or regulations.
