The House Boy is prohibited from leaving his clothing on the floor or any other inappropriate place at any time, even during his recreation time or when he is ordered to strip while standing in place (such as returning from a shopping errand or other outside activity). When there is not a proper place to put his clothing, the boy will fold and continue to hold the clothing until he is able to place it in an appropriate spot, like hanging in a closet or placing it in a drawer or clothes hamper. The boy is permitted to ask where he should place clothing unless he is under speaking restriction at the time he gets undressed.

In the example photo, the House Boy has left his shorts on the floor after getting undressed just prior to his recreation time, after returning home while still dressed. Although he properly stripped naked clothed when he returned home, his desire to not waste any of his recreation time putting the shorts away (or to fold and hold them) is a violation. The Master has the option of issuing a warning or punishing this offense at Level One with a single swat for each item improperly left on the floor or elsewhere.

Any visitor who observes this violation and is so offended that they bring the clothing to the Master will be given the option of administering the Level One Spanking or requesting that punishment be escalated to Level Two if the Master administers discipline.
