Any circumcised Houseboy shall complete an official Circumcision Status form prior to collaring and annually thereafter to declare the missing foreskin and classify his penile tightness and position as part of his Official Houseboy Uniform (See Nudity, Rule #1), and the Naked Houseboy is also subject to physical verification and possible reclassification of his Circumcision Status at any time an apparent change is observed or reported by any observer at any time.
