When a House Boy is directed to submit to any formal Full Body Inspection (including all pre-scheduled Weekly Inspections) a Strip Search Record Sheet shall be completed noting the condition of every body part, and any House Boy who reports for Full Body Inspection must cooperate and comply with all cleanliness and examination protocols regardless of who may be present and could observe.
