The House Boy may be required to wear only White Underwear instead of pants or shorts at any location away from home where nudity is inappropriate but only White Underwear would be legal or traditional, however, the House Boy shall be allowed an optional cap or hat and appropriate footwear unless he is placed under Custodial Supervision (Rule #316-A) and is instructed that optional cap or footwear is temporarily prohibited.
