Interpretation – Genital Inspection In A Public Place
House Boys are subject to inspections at any time, place, or circumstance. When a clothed boy is in a public place where nudity is not legal or traditional, he will not be made to strip or present himself naked. Master may inspect the penis and scrotum if done discreetly, as pictured.
