By understanding your slave's psychological needs, you determine her physical needs as well and will help integrate her needs with your own. Her movements are monitored, her physical needs are met at your discretion, and she is used for practice as well as for pleasurable purposes.

Spirit

The "spirit" of the slave is used here to encompass the intensity of her desire to serve and satisfy, her drive to immerse herself in her role and your rules, her feelings of adoration, and even worship of both her Master and herself, as her self-esteem grows. The spirit of the slave usually develops naturally, and the "training" of the spirit focuses on training the slave to take care of the things around her. Training in this area includes learning to accept the terms and celebrate the ideals of slavery.
