When participating in hand held or Console Video Gaming (Rule #122-A), the Naked Houseboy must avoid placing or allowing any wired or wireless gaming controller to cause an improper Encumbrance by hiding or obstructing substantial view of his genital area, and he is subject to discipline for any Encumbrance of eight consecutive seconds or longer as described in the Rodeo Rule (Rule #251-A).
