Professional or volunteer labor is usually contracted for property maintenance and repair, however, the Naked Houseboy may be required for urgency to safely attempt critical access and temporary repair of unforeseen issues like broken gates and fencing, powering or unpowering of utility boxes and valves, and other problems of urgency like broken sprinkler and water lines, doing so without unnecessary delay or complaint about trivial issues like uncomfortable circumstances including wet or muddy access, physical discomfort or embarrassment, and the presence of others who happen to be present and choose to observe or assist with Critical Access And Repair or eventual cleanup of the property, the houseboy or themselves.
