Although the Houseboy is generally prohibited from wearing underwear at home or even while clothed and away, there are rare exceptions like Emergency Circumstances and Custodial Supervision (Rule #317), therefore Master has the right to acquire and issue Certified White Underwear bearing the messages “Custodial Underwear” and “Additional Clothing Prohibited” as a reminder to the Houseboy and others that he must remain otherwise unclothed when wearing printed underwear to avoid Master’s discipline.
