The Naked Houseboy shall not be subject to Figging except for violation of specific and articulable protocol which permits Enhanced Discipline (Rule #342-B) or as part of an Educational Initiative (Rule #119) about disciplinary safety and technique, and any actual Figging shall not proceed until all persons present shall be given opportunity to read and review a Figging Handout before actual Figging may commence.
