The Master-slave Handbook
Principles: Worship
Ritual and worship are integral parts of a slave’s duties. Rituals are highly stylised and controlled routines, where every movement, speech, even each breath is controlled by the Master. Rituals are performed often and have a precise and exact way of being done. The controlled nature of these rituals are taught to a slave over time, and perfection is expected as these rituals aim to show respect to a Master, as well as being a means whereby a slave is given opportunities to worship its Master in an appropriate way.
Ritualistic behaviour covers a whole range of different areas from how to beg for forgiveness, to how to wash a Master, to how to do the cleaning, and a whole series of other important rituals. Some rituals are given verbally, and developed over time until they are done naturally without commands; others have a more formal, written routine. Some rituals need to be performed at specific times on specific days, others occasionally.
Each ritual has a trigger word, which when said to a slave, indicates that the ritual must begin immediately. Over time a slave will get to know the more regular ritual times and a trigger word for these occasions may no longer be necessary. For some rituals, a slave will be trained to self-trigger, once trained.
Due to the importance of rituals and their controlled nature, many further rituals will be added over time as and when they become necessary.
Hypnosis is often used when training in rituals is being done, as the hypnosis serves to strengthen and deepen the ritual training, as well as being an opportunity to plant the key trigger words in a slave’s subconscious.
