04 Slave Training (BDSM) [EN] 04 Training Contract between Master and Slave

This contract has been read and discussed, and is understood by the Master and slave to be a binding document regarding the terms of completing the initial auxiliary training program. After one year from the date of signature, the Master will make one of these two recommendations based on quarterly performance evaluations.

(Recommendations are made solely by the Master and are irrevocable):

1. The Master will accept the apprentice as a slave for domination, sign a contract to that effect, and present the apprentice with an official auxiliary collar, giving her the option to continue to the next phase of training, or accept her position as is, without additional official training, but discipline will be maintained on an ongoing basis.
    
2. If performance is unsatisfactory, it will be recommended that all or part of the apprentice be repeated before granting her a permanent collar and slave status. The apprentice will be given the opportunity to decline further training and leave the Master's control.

In the event of termination of the relationship, all belongings and financial assets held at the time of signing the contract will be returned to the apprentice. The training collar will be returned to the Master.

If living at the Master's home, the apprentice agrees to vacate the home within 90 days.

The apprentice will immediately begin arrangements to find housing, employment, etc. The Master may assist and guide her if time permits, and will assist financially if necessary. (Financial assistance will be limited to 90 days after the apprentice leaves the Master's home.)

Both parties agree that the initial duration of the "auxiliary training program" will be no less than one year, during which time both parties will adhere to the signed contract and will be bound by the responsibilities outlined therein. The contract should not be changed for a full year, except in the case of family events, health, or other emergencies, which will suspend the contract for an appropriate and agreed-upon period. (The period will be discussed when the emergency arises.)

• The Master agrees to provide for the apprentice's well-being, through direct assistance (if the apprentice resides in the Master's home) or through financial support (if the apprentice resides outside the Master's home). The matter of residency will be determined by the Master.
   
• The Master agrees to provide preventive health care for the slave (medical, dental, psychological) and when specific needs arise.
   
• The Master will not inflict permanent physical or psychological injury on the apprentice.
   
• The Master will provide appropriate opportunities for the apprentice's success in the program. The apprentice's performance will be reviewed quarterly to identify areas where she may need additional work, and sufficient time will be provided for improvement.
   
• The slave apprentice agrees to obey the Master to the best of her ability in all matters.
   
• The slave apprentice pledges her loyalty to be dominated by the Master and places her well-being in his hands.
   
• The slave apprentice agrees to follow the Master's rules and acknowledges that she will accept responsibility for her actions through punishment or reward.
   
• The slave apprentice agrees to strive for the satisfactory completion of the training program and understands that her performance and future performance will be judged solely by the Master.

• Upon signing, the apprentice slave will be regarded as a possession of the Master.
   
• The apprentice slave is expected to learn and live according to all house rules.
   
• The apprentice slave will be responsible for any and all household duties, as determined by the Master (the Master's duties may or may not vary despite work outside the home). Household duties include, but are not limited to,
  • general cleaning,
  • cooking,
  • laundry,
  • ironing,
  • tidying,
  • taking out the trash,
  • light maintenance (i.e., painting),
  • gardening,
  • cars,
  • plants, and
  • pets.
     
• The apprentice slave's sexuality will be determined by the Master. The slave apprentice surrenders all sexual rights over her body and is prohibited from any sexual contact with others or herself that is not previously authorized or ordered by the Master.
   
• The slave apprentice will be given a quarterly allowance to be used to provide satisfaction to the Master and successfully complete the training program. Allowances may be used, but are not limited to: acquiring basic cooking skills, erotic dance, Japanese tea service, sewing skills, computer skills, fellatio techniques, singing or other musical skills, or any other skill that can be used for something practical or pleasing to the Master. Allowances are given to promote the slave apprentice's self-discipline and to determine the amount of effort she puts into a task. Therefore, the Master will not intervene in training in these areas.
   
• The slave apprentice will research and implement her own curriculum, which she will present to the Master at the next quarterly review period.
   
• If the slave apprentice cannot present adequate results at the time of the review, she will be allowed to continue practicing throughout the course of her training—however, she must wait to accept a new quarterly assignment as well.
