Every House Boy is required to submit to a ‘Full Body Inspection’ once a week at an assigned day and time. A notice of inspection will be posted on the weekly activity schedule so that guests can excuse themselves if they do not wish to observe. The House Boy is required to remain naked for all inspections at home, regardless of who may be present and could observe. He has no right to privacy during any part of the inspection process and is subject to discipline for failure to cooperate fully and completely.

Applicants for House Boy are required to submit to a similar ‘Strip Search Inspection’. The name is different because applicants are usually clothed at the beginning of the inspection, while in-service House Boys are already naked. The actual Inspection process is nearly the same, except that pre-collaring Strip Searches may include a full body wash or shower (or sponge bath) depending on whether a shower or running water is available at the pre-collaring Inspection location. Applicants must comply with the inspection protocol to pass, including full nudity, but are not required to remain naked in front of anyone other than the Master (or other applicants scheduled for the same inspection time).

Strip Search and Full Body Inspections include visual and functional assessment of many body parts, including those listed on the form above. Inspection may also include evaluation of body parts not listed on the form, like the scalp or neck and nipples or knees. Inspections are by necessity ‘hands-on’ and each boy will be told that he has the right to refuse inspection of any or all body parts, subject to the consequence specified for refused or failed inspections.

In-service House Boys who refuse to report for inspection will be given ten minutes to reconsider their decision, after which a Level Three Spanking will be administered for insubordination and the inspection will be postponed 24 hours. Refusal after inspection begins will be punished as the Master deems appropriate, by force if necessary. Pre-collaring applicants who refuse any part of the inspection will have their clothing returned and will be dismissed from consideration unless the applicant has a temporary or permanent disability for which a reasonable accommodation can be made. Pre-collaring inspections will also include the taking of Full Body Measurements (See below: Rule #87) and verification of Kinsey Scale (Rule #18) and Penis/Circumcision Classifications (Rules 82A & 82B).

A document similar to the generic form above will be used for every Strip Search and Full Body Inspection and will be placed in the personal file of each in-service House Boy for interested guests to read. Any houseguest who feels that a body part has changed for the worse between inspections should report the issue to the Master, who may order a body part inspection at any time. The Master will ask the reporting party to observe the follow-up inspection to ensure that nothing important goes unseen.
