The House Boy is required to remain naked at home but is loaned clothing or covering to meet dress codes and the law when traveling outside the home. The Master has the right to issue non-transparent nylon or other lightweight shorts instead of pants, and the boy must wear the shorts that are issued without underwear of any kind.

When the boy is issued nylon-type shorts, it is the boy’s responsibility to check if the shorts will become transparent when wet (‘TWW’). The boy has the right to refuse ‘TWW’ shorts when it is raining or when there is a 50% or greater chance of rain in the forecast, as long as he does so before leaving the house. . When rain is not likely, the boy is required to wear the shorts as ordered. In the event, a boy is wearing 'TWW’ shorts away from home and is told to do something that will get them wet – or if rain begins to fall – the boy has the right to request a change of clothes and one will be provided.

The House Boy is never required to obey any rule or order that would cause 'TWW’ shorts to become wet, except at places where nudity is legal or traditional. Any time a boy allows 'TWW’ shorts to get wet for any reason other than rain, the boy has done so voluntarily and gives up his right to request a change of clothing.

In the example photo, the House Boy has been issued white nylon shorts for a lunch outing with the Master on a warm summer day. The boy saw no need to check if the shorts would become transparent when wet before leaving the house and didn’t give it a thought when the Master decided to stop by the beach later in the afternoon. The boy strains his eyes to figure out if his penis can be seen through the shorts, but it doesn’t really matter since the boy has already voluntarily worn the shorts into the water and no longer has the right to object or request a change.
