It is the responsibility of the House Boy to pack out any trash or recyclables after beach outings, picnics, and other day trips where proper disposal facilities are unavailable or filled to capacity. This duty does not excuse the boy from also carrying out personal items such as sandals, sunglasses, and towels, though the Master may choose to assist when doing so will prevent subsequent trips. The boy must be careful not to allow carried items to substantially cover his genitals and buttocks or he is subject to spanking for failure to obey the nudity rules.

In the example photo, the House Boy is seen walking the trail back to the Master’s car from a day at a Clothing Optional Beach. ‘(Clothing Optional’ means that the Master chooses the ‘option’, and on this day the Master has chosen to require the boy to hike the trail without clothing). Should the boy drop something, the Master has the option of picking it up and returning it to the boy (assuming the boy has been on good behavior) or leaving it for the boy to retrieve – while still undressed – from the point at which the boy would have been allowed to put on clothing or covering. When time is of the essence, the Master may simply assign a Level One Spanking for failure to meet expectations. The boy is permitted to accept offers to assist from anyone he meets along the trail, subject to the Master’s veto.

In places where nudity is not legal or traditional, the boy is always permitted to wear sufficient clothing or covering to stay legal and meet and dress codes. If this was a trail from a beach where clothing was required, the boy would be allowed to wear swimwear or underwear (See below, Rule #54). The boy may choose to answer questions about what he is wearing either honestly (“I’m not allowed to wear regular clothes”) or creatively (“I lost a bet and have to stay naked”).

A House Boy who is sunburned always has the right to request protection over sensitive areas, and the Master will issue covering or sunscreen to be applied (See below, Rule #36), depending on which of these the Master determines is needed. Once such a request has been made and approved, it must be obeyed and can not be withdrawn. Refusal will result in forced compliance.
