The Master’s House Boy has a variety of duties and chores to regularly tend to. Cooking is something that the Master enjoys doing, so the boy is not required to serve as a full-time cook or chef unless the boy has the experience and wishes to serve in that role. The Master also welcomes occasional overnight guests and strives to be welcoming and hospitable.

When the Master desires breakfast or when overnight guests are visiting, the House Boy may be assigned to preparing and serve a simple breakfast for the Master and his guests. Guests may be visiting relatives, friends passing through town, or guests who were unable to drive home following a home event like a house party or movie night. The Master will provide training and guidance in cooking tips and try to keep the boy aware of guests’ dietary restrictions and preferences.

The House Boy is not permitted to wear clothing other than footwear when cooking can be done safely. Guests who make a request the night before may be served breakfast in bed or outside on the back patio. The boy has no right to wear clothing during serving and cleanup, regardless of who may present, though safety items (like hot hands) and footwear are permitted. The House Boy should keep in mind that while he is serving seated guests, his penis and testicles and buttocks may be near eye level to the guests and could be a distraction.
