When traveling off the property where clothing is required by dress codes or regulation, the House Boy shall wear Minimal Or Standard Clothing (See Rule #111) however, the wearing of Traditional Underwear (including briefs, boxers and boxer-briefs) beneath any midsection garments (including pants or shorts) is strictly prohibited, and a House Boy who becomes inattentive or distracted and has any clothing malfunction is solely responsible for the natural consequences of his failure to properly monitor the Minimal Or Standard Clothing which was issued to avoid exposure while traveling away from home.
