The Five Point Position requires the House Boy to lower his buttocks to a seated position with two hands lowered in contact behind him and two feet simultaneously lowered in contact ahead of him, while avoiding any other body part (including his penis and scrotum) from improperly making a sixth contact which would subject the House Boy to punishment for failure to make and maintain proper expectations for the Five Point Position as instructed.
