The One Point Position or One for short is a demonstrative or balance and exercise command which requires the Naked Houseboy to disengage all body parts from contact with any other surface except for a single point which is usually a hand or foot but technically may be any other body part so long as he achieves the proper position and holds until he is given any subsequent command or eight full seconds pass in compliance with the Rodeo Rule (Rule #251).
