An unpowered Hand Push Lawnmower may be stored on-site and an able-bodied House Boy may be required to use this device as part of his exercise or fitness activities or for disciplinary reasons, but will not be assigned for the primary purpose of maintaining or mowing the lawn areas when a powered lawnmower is available, except in cases of emergency fire prevention or necessary compliance with directives from fire or code enforcement authorities.
