When the Naked House Boy is tasked to work outside in inclement weather, he has the right to request that a raincoat or rain suit be provided. Footwear is always optional, except when shoes or boots are required for safety reasons. The wearing of rainwear is not an excuse to violate the Nudity Rule, and the boy’s body must remain visible when working in private areas of the Master’s property and anywhere else that nudity is permitted or traditional.

The Master reserves the right to issue a transparent raincoat or rain suit to ensure that the boy does not have physical privacy. A House Boy is always permitted clothing or covering where nudity is not legal or traditional, and the use of transparent rainwear over clothing or covering in those situations is practical and permitted.
