To allow better visibility of the disciplinary process, Master shall have the right to substitute a clear or substantially transparent disciplinary implement (when available) upon the verbal request of any observer present during a House Boy Disciplinary Spanking, except that no substitution may take place in the case of a bare hand Level One Spanking since no actual implement was assigned for use in the originally prescribed punishment.
