The Naked Houseboy is permitted to store and maintain a Surfboard at his own expense but is permitted to use it only during approved travel at Master’s discretion to appropriate beach locations, doing so without clothing (where permitted) or wearing Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) where nudity is neither legal nor traditional.
