The House Boy will be responsible for assembling furniture, bicycles, and other purchases or gifts that arrive unassembled. Tools and safety equipment will be provided by the Master. Unless there is a safety hazard, the boy must remain naked for this activity, though footwear is optional. The boy’s scheduled duties and chores take priority over any assembly unless the Master says otherwise.

Guests may bring items for the boy to assemble if the Master approves. For larger items that the Master’s friends need to be assembled, the boy may be assigned temporary service with the friend to complete the job where the item will be used. The boy is not required to be naked for transport, but nudity may be required during his time in the home of the Master’s friend. Temporary service for assembly elsewhere does not change any of the Naked House Boy’s rules or protections. The temporary Master can not issue discipline that Master could not issue under the very same rule.
