Visitors and guests have the right to Safe Expression and Freedom Of Speech (See Rule #191-B), therefore the House Boy is prohibited from negatively responding to or reporting any Act Of Disrespect which may be insulting or embarrassing but fails to sufficiently endanger person or property or violates any articulable rule, protocol, law, health or safety regulation.
